Returning equipment for service or repair

We recommend that you review the FAQs list just to confirm that you cannot fix a fault yourself. We do find that some apparent failures are caused by dirt contaminated optical connectors.

Please refer to PPM's standard Terms & Conditions for returning equipment for service, upgrade or repair.

Please complete the following form (at least the areas marked *), including as much detail as possible.

Please list the equipment that you wish to return. Remember to include PPM part numbers, serial numbers and description of any fault. *

e.g.

L-Band Tx LRT-L1-6R-03, SN2022123, Red status light

10MHz-3GHz Rx, LRR-S1-6R, SN2034123, No RF output

Terms & Conditions for equipment return

Non-Warranty - When we process this form you will be emailed a Goods Return Number (GRN) and a quotation for the evaluation charge. The GRN reference must be marked on any return paperwork you submit and on the outside of the box. By returning this equipment to PPM, you are agreeing to pay the evaluation charge. This charge is applicable whether or not any subsequent repair work is carried out.

However, the evaluation charge will not be charged if you agree to go ahead with the quoted repair which will be advised once the evaluation is complete. The evaluation should take approximately 5 working days. Once quoted for the repair, a purchase order will then be required from you to enable any repair work to be undertaken.

Warranty - When we process this form you will be emailed a Good Return Number(GRN)which must be marked on any return paperwork you submit and on the outside of the box. Shipping instructions will also be confirmed. Subject to evaluation, PPM will repair the goods under warranty.

I confirm that I have read and accept PPM's Terms & Conditions for the return of equipment *
